- 1/3 c. rice (long grain)
- 1 c. water
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 can chopped mushrooms
Directions

1Brown chopped onions and rice in margarine.

2Add water, bouillon, lemon juice and salt.

3Bring to a boil, then simmer for 20 minutes.
