  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. applesauce
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • dash of salt
  • dash of cinnamon
  • 2 eggs

Directions

    Put bread in an 8 x 8 microwave-safe dish. Beat 2 eggs in large bowl. Add remaining ingredients to the eggs. Pour over bread. Microwave at 50% power for 14 minutes (or until set). Serve with Caramel Sauce.
