  • 8 ounces, weight 1/3-less Fat Cream Cheese, Softened To Room Temperature
  • 1/2 cups Packed Light Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Or So Of Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon Pure Vanilla Extract (2 To 3 Teaspoons)
  • Green And Red Apples, Cored And Sliced (also Good With Red Grapes And Sliced Bananas)

Directions

    Blend first four ingredients in a bowl with a mixer until smooth and creamy.

    Add a tiny bit more milk if you need to thin it.

    Chill until serving or serve immediately.

    Serve with apple slices and/or banana chunks and red grapes.
