- 50 caramels
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 c. flour
- 2 c. oatmeal
- 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. melted oleo
- 6 oz. chocolate chips
- 1 c. nuts
Directions

1Melt the caramels with 1/2 cup milk.

2Set aside.

3Mix together remaining ingredients, except chocolate chips and nuts.

4Put 3/4 of the mix into a 9 x 13-inch pan.

5Bake for 10 minutes at 350°.

6Pour caramels on top.

7Sprinkle chocolate chips and nuts on top. Crumble rest of crumb mix over top.

8Bake again for 15 to 20 minutes at 350°.
