- 32 Kraft caramels
- 4 tsp. cream
- 1 c. oatmeal
- 1 c. flour
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 3/4 c. butter
- 1 c. chocolate chips
Directions

1Melt the caramels and cream in double boiler.

2Mix the oatmeal, flour, brown sugar, baking soda and butter together. Take half of mixture; pat in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Bake at 350° for 5 minutes.

4Don't overbake.

5Drizzle caramel mixture over crust. Sprinkle the chocolate chips over the caramel mixture, then put rest of flour mixture over chips.

6Bake another 5 minutes.

7Cool.
