  • 34 cup heavy cream
  • 1 12 cups flour
  • 1 12 cups oatmeal
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 12 teaspoon baking soda
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

    Place caramels and cream in double boiler to melt.

    Let crust and caramel cool.

    Pour the caramel mixture over crust.
