  • 1 (14 oz.) pkg. light caramels
  • 2/3 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 (18 1/4 oz.) pkg. German chocolate cake mix (almost any kind of chocolate cake mix will work)
  • 3/4 c. melted margarine
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions

    Melt the caramels with 1/3 cup evaporated milk.

    Combine in a bowl the cake mix, margarine, 1/3 cup evaporated milk and the pecans.

    Stir with spoon until dough holds together.
