- 1 German Chocolate Cake Mix
- 1 jar caramel topping
- 1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
- 8 oz. Cool Whip
Directions

1Prepare cake mix as directed.

2Bake in 9-inch x 13-inch pan. When done, pike holes with fork and pour condensed milk over top of cake.

3Allow to set while beating caramel topping in microwave (1 minute).

4Pour over hot cake.

5Let cool and top with Cool Whip.
