- 3 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. oleo
- 1 c. canned milk
- 3/4 c. burnt sugar
Directions

1Combine sugar, flour and milk.

2Heat to boiling point.

3While that is heating, pour 3/4 cup sugar in heavy pot.

4Heat until it is completely melted.

5It will smell burnt.

6Add this to first mixture which has reached boiling point.

7Cook until soft ball, almost hard.

8Take off fire and add oleo.

9When cool, beat with spoon.

10When color has changed, pour onto buttered pan.
