  • 1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 pt. whipping cream
  • 2/3 c. chocolate chips
  • 22 caramels
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
