Ingredients

  • 2 gal. popped corn
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. white corn syrup
  • pinch of cream of tartar
  • pinch of soda
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Cook margarine, sugar and syrup 5 minutes.

    Add soda, cream of tartar and vanilla.

    Pour over corn and bake in oven at 200° for 1 hour.

    Bake in 2 roaster pans.

    Stir occasionally.
