- 2 gal. popped corn
- 2 sticks margarine
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. white corn syrup
- pinch of cream of tartar
- pinch of soda
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Cook margarine, sugar and syrup 5 minutes.

2Add soda, cream of tartar and vanilla.

3Pour over corn and bake in oven at 200° for 1 hour.

4Bake in 2 roaster pans.

5Stir occasionally.
