- 5 qt. popped corn
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 2 sticks butter or oleo
- 1/2 c. dark Karo syrup
- pinch of salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
Directions

1Bring brown sugar, butter or oleo, Karo syrup and salt to a boil.

2Cook 5 minutes.

3Remove from heat and add baking soda. Pour over popped corn.

4Put in 1 or 2 baking pans in a 250° oven and bake for 1 hour.

5Stir every 15 minutes.
