  • 6 qt. popped corn, unbuttered and unsalted
  • 2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. white corn syrup
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • pinch of cream of tartar

Directions

    Boil 5 minutes.

    Remove from heat and add 1 teaspoon soda. Stir.

    Pour over popcorn.

    Mix well.

    Bake for 1 hour at 200°, stirring frequently.
