  • 2 c. brown sugar
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 1 c. Karo syrup
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. popped corn

Directions

    Mix first 6 ingredients and boil gently for 5 minutes.

    Pour syrup over popped corn in a large shallow pan.

    Bake for 1 hour at 250°, stirring every 20 minutes.

    Cool on wax paper.
