  • 1/3 c. butter
  • 1/2 c. maple syrup or honey
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 3 qt. popped corn
  • 1 c. nuts (peanuts, walnuts or pecans)

Directions

    Blend butter and syrup bring to a boil in a double boiler. Add vanilla.

    Add soda; pour over popcorn.

    Bake at 375° for 10 to 15 minutes.
