Ingredients
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. white syrup
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 tsp. salt
- 8 qt. popped corn
Directions

1Combine brown sugar, oleo, syrup and salt.

2Boil 5 minutes (or cook in microwave and boil 3 minutes).

3Stir soda in well until mixture is a very light brown.

4Spray two large 9 x 13-inch cake pans with Pam.

5Divide popcorn between two pans and pour caramel mixture over popcorn and stir (or put popcorn in large grocery sack), pour caramel over and shake

6until coated.

7Cook in microwave for three minutes, turning sack after each minute. Place in a 250° oven for 1 hour.

8Stir every 15 minutes or it will burn.

9Nuts can be added before baking.

10Store in airtight container.
