- 2 c. light brown sugar
- 1/2 c. light corn syrup
- 2 sticks butter
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- pinch cream of tartar
- dash of salt
- 8 qt. popped corn
Directions

1Mix sugar, syrup and butter in saucepan.

2Boil and cook approximately 5 minutes.

3Remove from heat.

4Add soda, cream of tartar and salt.

5Pour in all at once.

6Stir immediately over popcorn.

7Bake in 200° oven for 1 hour, stirring frequently. Makes about 20 servings.
