- 2 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 6 qt. popped corn
Directions

1In a large saucepan, melt butter.

2Add sugar and salt; cook to boiling, stirring constantly.

3Boil 5 minutes without stirring. Remove from heat.

4Add baking soda and vanilla.

5Mix well.

6Pour over popcorn, stirring to coat.

7Butter a large baking pan.

8Bake at 225° for 1 hour; stir every 15 minutes.
