- 18 to 20 c. popped corn
- 2 sticks butter
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. white corn syrup
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
Directions

1Bring butter, brown sugar and syrup to a boil in medium saucepan.

2Boil for 5 minutes, stirring often.

3Remove from heat. Add vanilla and baking soda.

4Beat with wooden spoon.

5Pour over popped corn and stir to coat.

6Bake at 250° for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
