  • 7 qt. popcorn (3 microwave bags, plain)
  • 1 c. margarine
  • 2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. Karo syrup (light)
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda

Directions

    Boil first 5 ingredients 5 minutes.

    Add 1 teaspoon vanilla and baking soda.

    Bake 1 hour at 250°; stir every 15 minutes. Coat popcorn.

    Use large roasting pan.
