  • 8 c. popped corn
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 6 Tbsp. butter
  • 3 Tbsp. corn syrup
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Boil sugar, butter and corn syrup in pan for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

    Stir in remaining ingredients.

    Pour mixture over corn.

    Spread on cookie sheet and place in 300° oven for 15 minutes.

    Stir and return to oven for 5 to 10 minutes. Cool.
