- 2 c. brown sugar
- 2 sticks margarine
- 1/2 c. light Karo syrup
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 8 qt. popped corn
Directions

1Place first 4 ingredients in 2-quart pan.

2Bring to boil. Stir constantly for 5 minutes.

3Do not over cook.

4Remove from heat.

5Add vanilla; stir.

6Add soda; stir.

7Pour over popcorn and mix until all kernels are covered.

8Spread on cookie sheets.

9Bake at 250° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

10Stir every 15 minutes.
