  • 1 c. (2 sticks) butter
  • 2 c. brown sugar, not firmly packed
  • 1/2 c. honey
  • 1 batch popped corn (about 2 c.)
  • peanuts
  • 1 tsp. baking soda

Directions

    Melt butter in saucepan; add sugar and honey.

    Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.

    Boil 3 1/2 minutes.

    Remove from heat, add baking soda and stir.

    Pour over popcorn in baking pan.

    Stir to combine and add peanuts.

    Bake at 225° for about 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.

    Pour onto waxed paper and cool.

    Store in airtight container.
