- 1 c. (2 sticks) butter
- 2 c. brown sugar, not firmly packed
- 1/2 c. honey
- 1 batch popped corn (about 2 c.)
- peanuts
- 1 tsp. baking soda
Directions

1Melt butter in saucepan; add sugar and honey.

2Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.

3Boil 3 1/2 minutes.

4Remove from heat, add baking soda and stir.

5Pour over popcorn in baking pan.

6Stir to combine and add peanuts.

7Bake at 225° for about 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.

8Pour onto waxed paper and cool.

9Store in airtight container.
