- 3 qt. popped corn
- 1 c. packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 c. dark brown Karo syrup
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Preheat oven to 250°.

2Place popped corn in large roasting pan; let stand in oven while preparing glaze.

3In medium saucepan, combine brown sugar, corn syrup, margarine and salt, stirring constantly.

4Bring to a boil over medium heat.

5Without stirring, boil for 4 minutes.

6Remove from heat; stir in baking soda and vanilla.

7Pour over warm popcorn; toss to coat well.

8Bake 60 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.

9Cool, stirring frequently.
