- 15 c. popped corn
- 1 c. light brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. light corn syrup
- 1 stick butter
- 1 tsp. baking soda
Directions

1In 2-quart saucepan, heat sugar, salt, syrup and butter on low/medium until melted.

2Bring to boil; let bubble for 5 minutes. Remove from heat.

3Add baking soda.

4Stir.

5(Sauce gets fluffy and lighter.)

6Pour over popcorn on ungreased cookie sheet and coat well.

7Put in warm oven.

8Stir every 15 minutes for 1 hour. Cool on wax paper.
