- 2 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. butter
- 1/2 c. lite corn syrup
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- pinch of cream of tartar
- 8 to 10 qt. popped corn
Directions

1Bring to a boil the sugar, butter and corn syrup.

2Cook 5 to 8 minutes.

3Remove from heat and add cream of tartar and baking soda.

4Pour over corn and stir until well coated.

5Pour mixture in 2 cookie sheets and bake 1 hour at 200°.

6Stir every 15 minutes. It should be crunchy.
