  • 1 c. butter
  • 2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. light corn syrup
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 6 qt. popped corn

Directions

    Mix butter, brown sugar, corn syrup and salt in saucepan. Boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

    Remove from heat and add baking soda and vanilla.

    Pour over popcorn.

    Spread on cookie sheet and bake at 250° for 1/2 hour.

    Stir occasionally.
