- 1/2 c. syrup or 1/2 c. molasses
- 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
- 2 tsp. soda
- 2 gal. popped corn

1Mix first 4 ingredients and bring to a boil to soft ball stage.

3Pour over popped corn.

4Bake at 200° for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
