- 6 qt. popped corn
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. white syrup (Karo)
- 2 sticks margarine
- 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 Tbsp. baking soda
Directions

1Boil brown sugar, white syrup, margarine, cream of tartar and salt 5 minutes.

2Remove from heat.

3Add baking soda and stir down. Pour over popped corn.

4Stir corn to cover all.

5Put corn on cookie sheet.

6Put in oven and bake 1 hour at 200°.
