Caramel Corn

Ingredients

  • 1 c. dark brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. light corn syrup
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 3 qt. popped corn

Directions

    Bring to a rolling boil the sugar, syrup and margarine.

    Boil 4 minutes.

    Remove from heat. Stir in soda.

    Pour this on top of popped corn that you've put in a large brown grocery bag. Microwave on High 1 1/2 minutes.

    Shake real well. Dump onto cookie sheet to cool.
