  • 7 qt. popped corn
  • 2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. margarine
  • 1/2 c. corn syrup
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. baking soda

Directions

    Cook brown sugar, margarine, corn syrup and salt in a saucepan for 5 minutes.

    Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and baking soda.

    Pour over popcorn, tossing well.

    Spread on greased baking sheet.

    Bake at 250° for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Remove from oven.

    Stir while cooling.

    Store in airtight container.
