- 8 qt. popped corn
- 3 c. brown sugar
- 2 sticks margarine
- 3/4 c. white syrup
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. butter or vanilla flavoring
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 2 c. peanuts (optional)
Directions

1Combine all ingredients except peanuts, corn and soda.

2Bring to a boil; boil 2 minutes.

3Remove from heat.

4Add soda.

5Pour over corn and peanuts; stir well.

6Bake in 250° oven for 1 hour. Stir every 15 minutes.

7After cooled, store in airtight container. Keeps well.
