Caramel Corn(Non-Sticky)

  • 2 c. brown sugar
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 1/2 c. white Karo
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. soda
  • 6 qt. popped corn

Directions

    Mix the first 4 ingredients in a saucepan.

    Boil 5 minutes. Remove from stove.

    Add 1/2 teaspoon soda (will foam).

    Stir. Pour mixture over popped corn. Stir. Bake at 250° for 1 hour. Stir once.

    If not all eaten, this will keep well in the freezer.
