  • 6 eggs
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 3 c. milk

    In a heavy pan over low heat, cook and stir 3/4 cup sugar until melted and golden.

    Pour into eight 6 ounce custard cups. Let stand 10 minutes.
