  • 4 eggs
  • 4 c. light brown sugar, packed
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 c. plain flour
  • 4 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. chopped pecans

    Melt butter and then add sugar.

    While still warm, add unbeaten eggs.

    When blended, add vanilla; then nuts.
