  • 3 c. sugar
  • 1 c. milk
  • 4 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 c. sugar (caramelized)
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Cook 230°; boil to soft boil.

    Add butter.

    To test, drop syrup in cool water and see if it forms soft ball.

    Remove from heat; let cool.

    Add butter and vanilla.

    Beat until smooth and spread.
