- 1 lb. light caramels
- 2/3 c. evaporated milk
- 1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 c. nuts
- 1 c. chocolate chips
Directions

1Grease and flour a 13 x 9-inch pan.

2In a large bowl, combine cake mix, butter, 1/3 cup of milk and nuts.

3Mix by hand until it holds together.

4Press half of mixture into pan.

5Bake at 350° for 6 minutes.
