Ingredients
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 c. pecans
- 1 small can coconut (flaked)
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 small Cool Whip
- 1 c. crushed vanilla wafers
Directions

1Place unopened can of milk in pan deep enough to cover can completely with water.

2Bring to rolling boil.

3Reduce heat to slow boil.

4Add hot water to keep can covered.

5Boil 3 hours. Remove from heat and cool.

6Do not open can until completely cool.
-
7Melt butter in large skillet; add coconut and pecans.

8Cook to golden brown on medium heat, stirring constantly.

9Set aside and cool.
-
10Layer Parfait in glasses, vanilla wafer crumbs, caramel milk. pecans and coconut.

11Top with Cool Whip.
