  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 c. Karo light corn syrup
  • 1/2 c. pecans

Directions

    Cream butter and sugar, add eggs one at a time, then add vanilla, salt and syrup.

    Pour into uncooked pastry shell. Sprinkle with pecans and cook 45 to 60 minutes at 325°.
