- 2 vanilla crusts
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. coconut
- 1 c. pecans, broken up
- 16 oz. Cool Whip
- 1 jar Smucker's caramel
- 1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
Directions

1Brown coconut and pecans in butter until lightly brown (be careful not to burn it).

2Cream the Eagle Brand and cream cheese until smooth.

3Fold in Cool Whip.

4Pour 1/4 of the filling into each pie shell.

5Then sprinkle with coconut pecan mixture and drizzle with warm caramel (take lid off and warm in microwave). Pour rest of filling into each pie shell and sprinkle with rest of pecan-coconut mixture and top with caramel.
