  • 6 qt. popped corn
  • 1/2 c. Karo syrup
  • 2 c. brown sugar
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
  • 3/4 tsp. soda

Directions

    Combine syrup, sugar and margarine and cook until it comes to a boil.

    Add cream of tartar and soda.

    Remove from heat.

    Pour over popped corn and bake about 1 hour at 200°, stirring every 15 minutes to coat popcorn well.
