- 6 Tbsp. butter
- 3 Tbsp. corn syrup
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 4 c. popcorn, popped
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Mix butter, brown sugar and syrup in a pan on medium heat. Bring to a boil, stirring continuously.

2After it starts to boil, stop stirring; boil for 5 minutes.

3Remove from heat.

4Add vanilla.

5Pour over popped popcorn in a large baking pan.

6Bake in a 325° oven for 15 minutes.

7Mix up and cook 15 more minutes. Cool.
