- 12 cup packed brown sugar
- 14 cup granulated sugar
- 14 cup tub-style reduced fat margarine (50-70 percent vegetable oil)
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 1 12 teaspoons vanilla
- 12 cups popped light popped popcorn
Directions

1In a 4-quart dutch oven, heat and stir the brown sugar, granulated sugar, margarine, and salt over medium heat until just boiling and sugar is dissolved.

2Stir in vanilla.

3Add popcorn and toss until coated.

4Place coated popcorn in a shallow roasting pan.

5Bake, uncovered, in a 300 oven for 15 minutes, stirring once.

6Transfer to a large piece of foil or a large roasting pan to cool.
