  • 7 qt. popped corn
  • 2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. oleo or butter
  • 1/2 c. corn syrup
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. baking soda

Directions

    Place popped corn in a roasting pan.

    In a saucepan, combine brown sugar, oleo or butter, corn syrup and salt.

    Cook for 5 minutes.

    Take from heat and add vanilla and baking soda.

    Pour over popcorn and bake 1 hour at 250°, stirring occasionally.
