- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp. milk
- 4 c. popped corn
Directions

1In a small saucepan, stir brown sugar into water until dissolved.

2Bring to a boil gently for 5 minutes (will begin to thicken).

3Remove from heat and stir in milk and extract.

4Cool to room temperature.

5Pour cooled carmel syrup over popcorn.

6Spray hands with nonstick cooking spray and form into balls.

7Makes eight popcorn balls.

8Use care in children under four years old as popcorn can pose a choking hazard.
