- 1 box brown sugar
- 1 c. white sugar
- 2 sticks margarine
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 5 eggs
- 3 c. flour
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
Directions

1Cream sugars, margarine and oil thoroughly; add an egg at a time, beating after each addition.

2Sift together dry ingredients; add to creamed mixture alternately with milk.

3Add vanilla; fold in pecans.

4Pour into greased, floured tube pan.

5Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 30 minutes.

6Serves 16 to 20.
