  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 1 c. packed brown sugar
  • 2 c. cold water

    Cream butter and sugar.

    Combine flour, baking powder and salt.

    Add to creamy mixture with milk.

    Stir in raisins and spread in a greased 8-inch square pan.
