Ingredients

  • 2 loaves frozen bread dough
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 large pkg. or 2 small pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant)
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp. milk or use 1/2 c. milk if you let rise all night (use more milk if you want it more caramely)
  • nuts or raisins (if desired)

Directions

    Let bread thaw but do not let rise (about 30 to 45 minutes). Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Tear one loaf of bread and put in pan. Melt butter; add rest of ingredients and beat until smooth.

    Pour over dough.

    Tear second loaf and throw in empty spots.

    Let rise 2 to 4 hours or overnight.

    Bake at 375° for about 15 to 20 minutes.

    Remove onto plate or wax paper.
