Caramel Rum Fruit Dip

  • 1/3 cup Land O Lakes Butter
  • 1 (11-ounce) package caramels, unwrapped
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 teaspoon rum flavoring*

Directions

    Place butter and caramels in saucepan; cook over low heat, stirring constantly, 12-15 minutes or until caramels are melted.

    Stir in pecans, milk and rum extract.

    Stir vigorously to incorporate butter.

    Keep warm; use as a dip for cut-up fresh fruit.
