- 100 grams Sugar
- 3 tbsp Water A
- 3 tbsp Water B
Directions

1Put the sugar and Water A into a saucepan, and heat on high while shaking the pan.

2Heat Water B in the microwave.

3When it starts to brown remove from heat when it reaches a color slightly lighter than desired.

4Pour in heated Water B all at once.

5(Be careful not to let it spatter.

6It's good to cover the pan with a sieve or some cover during this step.)

7When making caramel tablets, without adding Water B after removing it from the heat, allow the caramel sauce to cool a little, then drip it on aluminium foil and let it harden.
